By accessing BYTEFIZZ network services, including CDN, IPv6 tunneling, and AI Solutions, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptable Use

Our enterprise services must not be used to distribute malicious software or engage in unlawful activities. BYTEFIZZ reserves the right to terminate services violating acceptable use policies.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and API keys. Any activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to BYTEFIZZ services, including software, algorithms, and interface design, are the exclusive property of BYTEFIZZ. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these services.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BYTEFIZZ, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
